Lindsay offers private lessons in your home, office or at your local studio. She loves working with individuals of all ages, couples, sisters, friends and families. Sessions are meticulously tailored to each student’s needs and aspirations, and can focus on the physical, emotional and/or mental aspects of the practice. Each lesson generally lasts an hour and can be engaged short or long-term.
